A 60-minute lecture + 30-minute Q&A for paid supporters of Informed Dissent and the LGB Courage Coalition.
This month we are honored to welcome Leor Sapir, PhD, political scientist and leading scholar on U.S. policy surrounding gender, Title IX, and civil rights law.
In this lecture, Dr. Sapir will examine how the Trump Administration is grappling with the question of trans in federal policy, and why the legal fights will still define today’s courtroom battles, school policies, and civil rights conflicts. His talk will offer clarity on what is happening, what it means, and what lies ahead as the federal government, the courts, and the states confront these unresolved questions.
