Garden Highlight 14: Roses- are often on the clearance shelf at Lowes and Home Depot and usually pretty simple to revive. Also fun to get to say that you need to go out and ‘deadhead’ the roses.

I thought similarly to the other commenters here -- who trains this "everyone" as well as who is this "everyone"? Would there be more details in the full Cass report? Nonetheless, I still appreciate your posting the recommendations, LGBT CC. Sure wish the US (my country) had a Cass review of its own. ☹️
