Colorado has proposed a bill: HB25-1312. It is titled “Legal Protections for Transgender Individuals” We ask you to sign the petition in OPPOSITION to this bill.
Everyone can sign, even if you are not a Colorado resident.
This bill proposes the following:
It redefines "coercive control" to include the "misgendering" or "deadnaming" of one's own child, thereby establishing grounds for the loss of custody in family court or through child protection services.
It defines misgendering as a form of discrimination under the Colorado Anti-Discrimination Act, compelling all businesses and public spaces to comply.
It potentially violates the constitutional rights of parents to raise their children and make decisions regarding their care, education, and well-being without governmental interference.
I have been spreading the word far and wide. I cannot believe that it has come to this in Colorado.
This is outrageous no one is transing into anything just check the DNA...mental health help only for those few truly afflicted, jail for the perverts, manipulators, false educators and medical personnel who harm children or adults with this insane radical idiotic nonsense.
